AIESEC en Pereira is a committee that borns in 1974, which for the 80s and 90s only did 2 or 3  incoming professional exchanges in partnetship with the language institute  Colombo Americano, because the  social exchanges still didn't have space inside AIESEC. In this decade AIESEC in Pereira was the founder of AIESEC in Manizales and later of AIESEC in Tuluá and Armenia; between 2001 and 2008 AIESEC in Pereira hasn't a big evolution, its exchanges didn't move further and the committee was closed.

 

In 2009 AIESEC in Pereira for the first time made 3 exchanges, then every year it became stronger, however any executive board achieved its goal , and neither overcome the barrier of 100 exchanges, despite of this the  Executive Board in 2015 were raised the goal of  204 exchanges all over the year and had the pride of saying that for july they overcorme the barrier of 100 exchanges.

Since 2012 AIESEC in Pereira decided to show a  new face of the city, of the people, of

our committee and brought with it the No Excuses Culture, since then every year had an evolution, in 2014 was No Excuses Power, in 2015 was No Excuses Actions, and in 2016 #No Excuses Movement, but now after everything what has happened, it was decided to have an organizational culture that goes beyond those excuses!, so it has created the NO EXCUSES demonstrating every time that is an organizational culture

that goes out of the shirts and of the social networks to seize of the members of the local committee. PASSION, AMBITION , DISCIPLINE AND COMMITMENT are the behaviours of a person that decides to live a life without excuses.
